Pear and Berry Crumble
February, 2019
Crumble is a great dish to make if you have some over ripe fruit. You could use banana, stone fruit, pear, apple or any sort of berry. So easy to make, I've been eating this for breakfast with a little bit of milk and yoghurt on my morning commute. It also makes a great dessert to share with family and friends.
Pear and Berry Crumble

Pour fruit mixture into a small baking dish and top with crumble
-
Bake in oven at 180°c for 10 minutes until the top is golden brown
