Peanut Butter Mocha Overnight Oats

I have no words to describe this flavour combination other than DELICIOUS. Coffee, chocolate and peanut butter. Best way to start your day!

Peanut Butter Mocha Overnight Oats

Serves 1


  • 1 heaped tsp cacao powder

  • 1 tsp instant coffee

  • 2 tbs warm water

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

  • 1/3 cup Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey 

  • 1 heaped tsp peanut butter

  • Sprinkle of hemp seeds or chia seeds

  • 1 sliced banana


  1. Dissolve cacao and coffee in warm water in breakfast bowl

  2. Add all other ingredients except hemp seeds and banana and mix to combine

  3. Top with seeds and sliced banana

  4. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning
