Mocha Porridge

I've had lots of people ask how I make my mocha porridge when I posted it on social media, so I thought I should post it on here too! If you love your morning coffee- then you will love this!
Mocha Porridge
Serves 1
Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

3/4 cup milk of choice
-
1 heaped tbs mocha protein powder (I love the one by That Protein)
OR 1 tbs cacao powder and 2 tsp instant coffee
OR 1 tbs cacao powder and 1 espresso shot
Topping:
-
1 small banana, sliced

2 heaped tsp peanut butter
-
2 tsp pepita seeds
Other topping idea: frozen berries with cacao nibs
Method

Place oats and milk in a microwave safe bowl, mix to combine

Heat on high for 2 minutes, stopping to stir half-way

Mix protein powder (or other mocha ingredients)

Top with banana, pepitas and a drizzle of peanut butter (optional)
