Mango & Raspberry Smoothie

Summer days call for refreshing smoothies with all the Summer fruits. Mango is my absolute favourite!

Mango & Raspberry Smoothie

Serves 2


  • 1 mango, diced

  • 1 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries

  • 1 cup of milk of choice e.g. cow's or oat milk

  • 30g/2 tbs of protein powder (vegan or whey based)*

  • 1 tbs lemon zest (optional)

*Note - you can replace both the protein powder and milk with 1 1/2 cups of Greek yoghurt.


  1. Peel the skin off the mango using a peeler, and cut into cubes, or slice the mango in half and scoop the flesh out of the cheeks and cut around the seed into cubes

  2. Add mango to a high-speed food processor with the raspberries, milk, protein powder and lemon zest

  3. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve in a glass, sprinkle with some extra raspberries  and enjoy in the sunshine!
