Chocolate Bark

Note: Store in an airtight container in the fridge. These also make a great gift!

Chocolate Bark

As desired


  • 100g milk chocolate (cooking quality)

  • 100g white chocolate (cooking quality)

  • 25g pretzels

  • 1 tbs desiccated coconut

  • 2 tbs chopped pistachio

  • 1 tbs dried cranberries


  1. Cover two flat plates or small baking dishes with cling film

  2. Melt milk chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over a pan of boiling water

  3. Pour onto plate and spread evenly to about 0.5cm thick

  4. Gently push half the pretzel on to the chocolate

  5. Sprinkle with half the pistachio and all the coconut

  6. Set in the fridge to harden for 30 minutes

  7. Repeat steps 2 to 4 with white chocolate

  8. Decorate with the remaining pistachio and all the cranberries

  9. Set in the fridge to harden

  10. Once hard, remove and break into pieces to serve
