Berry Crumble for One

If you are wanting to try something a little different for breakfast  (especially perfect for the weekend) and only need one serve then this is for you!

Berry Crumble for One

Serves 1


  • 1/3 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tbs plain flour

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbs chopped nuts (I used almond and walnuts)

  • 1 cup mixed frozen berries 

  • Greek yoghurt to serve

  • Honey to serve


  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°c

  2. Place the oats, flour, cinnamon and oil in a small bowl

  3. Using fingers, rub together until combined

  4. Place berries in a small baking dish

  5. Top with the crumble and nuts

  6. Bake for 25 minutes until golden

  7. Serve with yoghurt and a drizzle of honey
