Roasted Chickpeas

Looking for a high protein, high fibre savoury snack? Roasted chickpeas tick all the boxes! Great to cook in a big batch and portion into small containers for lunch boxes. You could try different flavours like plain salt, smoked paprika or cumin!

Roasted Chickpeas

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained

  • 1/2 tbs olive oil

  • 1 tsp paprika

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200°c

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  3. Transfer to a baking tray lined with baking paper

  4. Cook for 25 minutes

  5. Leave to cool then store in an air tight container
