Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

If you love peanut butter than you will love these overnight oats! So easy to make, as with all my overnight oats recipes I recommend preparing them the night before so that you can just grab them in the morning on your way out the door.

Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tsp peanut butter

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp sunflower seeds

  • 1 tbs dried cranberries

Topping:

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 cup yoghurt

  • 1 tbs chopped almonds

  • Extra 1 tsp of peanut butter

Method

  1. In a bowl or container add all ingredients for the overnight oats. Mix to combine and leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight

  2. In the morning add toppings (you can also do this the night before to save time if desired)
