Peanut Butter Mocha Porridge

I recently posted a recipe for peanut butter mocha overnight oats, and here we have the porridge version! It is my absolute favourite! It satisfies everything in one bowl; caffiene hit, sweet, salty and nutritious!

Peanut Butter Mocha Porridge

Serves 1

  • 1 heaped tsp cacao powder

  • 1 tsp instant coffee

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats 

  • 3/4 - 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 heaped tsp peanut butter 

  • 1 sliced banana

  • Sprinkle of hemp, chia and pepita seeds for topping 

  1. Add all ingredients (except seeds) in a small saucepan over medium heat

  2. Cook, stirring regularly for 3-5 minutes until thick and creamy (you may need to add more milk)

  3. Top with seeds
